By accessing or using UNFROZEN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What UNFROZEN is
UNFROZEN is a self-improvement program designed to help you communicate more confidently. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
Payment & billing
UNFROZEN offers one-time program purchases (THAW at $9 for 7 days, UNFREEZE at $29 for 28 days). Day 1 is free for all users. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final unless covered by our refund policy below.
Refund policy
We offer a full refund if you complete Day 1 and decide UNFROZEN is not right for you, within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email team@unfrozen.com with your account email and the reason. No further questions.
Student discount
Students with a valid .edu email address receive 45% off all paid plans. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Misuse of the student discount may result in account suspension.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create in UNFROZEN (journal entries, recordings). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the EMBER coaching experience.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse UNFROZEN, attempt to reverse-engineer it, resell access, or use it for any purpose other than your own personal development.
