What we collect
We collect the information you provide when signing up (email address, name) and the content you create while using UNFROZEN (journal entries, voice recordings, session progress). We do not sell your personal data.
How we use your data
Your data is used to power your experience with EMBER — our AI coach reads your session history to give you personalized feedback. We use your email to send session reminders and product updates. You can opt out of emails at any time.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted infrastructure with row-level security). Voice recordings are stored encrypted. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing (they handle all payment data — we never see your card details), Supabase for database and storage, and Anthropic for AI coaching capabilities.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and all associated data, or update your information at any time. Email us at team@unfrozen.com.
